  Rooms with a nautical theme, very clean and beds comfortable. We were in a newly renovated room in the old Inn, but installation definitely needs a maintenance man to correct little annoyances, locking mechanism for window, laying on sill, knob to activate shower come off, 1 light bulb of 3 over bathroom sink burned out, mirror with shelf tipped sideways when coffee cup put on it, plus bathroom toilet paper holder loose and hanging sideways. If these were attended to I would rate the hotel a 4 but feel a need to rate it a 3. Close to a great bakery and breakfast place right across the street, which was excellent, and not far to the Lobster Supper Restaurant on Ross St. also very good.

  Dinner was excellent. We were prepared for some fusty dining of a motel relying more on its history than its quality, but were very pleasantly surprised. The entrees were delicious, and the alcohol selection small but tasty. I especially enjoyed the local maple vodka, it made a perfect dessert beverage. The service was also very good, if anything the waiter was over attentive!

  We had dinner here. Staff was good and nicely attentive. I can only say that the lobster dinner was ordinary and for the price, one should try something else.I think that this could be be a first rate place with just a little bit extra effort. I wish we had more time to explore more of the menu.

  The restaurant and the outside are absolutely perfect. The rooms are in need of renovating, they are like a boarding house and not to the same level/standard of what you would expect on arrival. Please renovate the rooms as soon as possible.

  Enjoyed a lobster dinner sat out on the decking overlooking Beddeck and the scenery. Food was top notch and great friendly service. A meal we will remember - highlt recommend.
